My Train Is Running Late. Will I Get My Order?
We always follow your train's operating status after you order meals to make sure we don't fail to deliver them. If your train is running too late, we call you and ask you "still you want your order food".
If the train arrives at your station outside our service hours, 6 a.m. and 11 p.m., your purchase will be automatically cancelled. If you paid for your order online, you would be notified of the cancellation, and the refund procedure will begin.
When Will I Get A Refund For Cancelled Orders?
If you cancel the ordered food before 24 hours of delivery, you will get the rest of the ordered amount after deducting a 10% administrative fee. The rest amount will be credited to your original payment option within 5-6 working days.
If you have cancelled the ordered food before 1 hour of delivery, an administrative fee of 25% will be deducted, and the rest of the order amount will be refunded.
